What types of videos do you produce?



We do everything from social media videos, to real estate video, corporate interviews, documentaries, music videos, and everything in between.

What is the turnaround time for video production?



Most of our videos can be filmed, edited, and delivered within 2-3weeks. Custom videos will be estimated at the time of the quote.

Can you help with video marketing and promotion?



We will definitely help where we can by tagging our social media accounts and promoting the video to our audiences.

Can I make revisions to the video after it's completed?



A watermarked draft will be provided before the final video to allow for edits. Edits wont be allowed after the final video is rendered.

How can I request a custom video?



What formats do you deliver the final videos in?



Our cameras and equipment are capable of producing a resolution of up to 8K. Most client usually prefer 4K final rendered video and most vertical "social media" content is best rendered at 1080P. Some of the formats we can deliver are .mp4, .m4v, and .mov. If you have something specific, let us know. Please note: Raw files are proprietary to Moonlight Sandcastle and will not be provided unless negotiated.

How much does it cost to produce a video?



It really depends on the project. We usually like to ask our clients what their budgets are and make every effort to find a way to stay within budget or direct them to more affordable packages. Send us an email and we will be happy to work with you.

What equipment do you use for video production?



We have several cinema cameras and mirrorless cameras based on the scope of the project. We also have professional in house sound and several drones for aerial footage. Some the brands we use are, DJI, Canon, Sony, Sennheiser, Zoom, and Hollyland.
